Upgrade instructions
	•	Format the microSD card for FAT32 (This must be formatted just before putting the firmware on it with it should not contain any other files)
	• 	Copy the firmware file to the microSD card
	•	Turn off power
	•	Insert microSD card
	•	Apply power. For the THC: watch the battery indicator LED, for the Quasar/Neutron/Pulsar/Atom: watch the green power LED
	•	The green LED will flash while the firmware is being updated
	•	When green light stops flashing and is a solid green then the update is done
	•	Turn off power
	•	Remove microSD card
	•	If you are upgrading a THC, perform a sensor calibration on the controller found in the operation manual
	•	You are done!


Troubleshooting
No blinking green LED? Try using a different brand or model of microSD card, not all are compatible. If you're still having problems, verify that you've downloaded the correct firmware file and that you've formatted the card for FAT32. If you continue to have problems, please contact our support department.
